The aim of the project titled SMASH (Structural Measures Against Sexual Harassment) is to create a sustainable system to prevent and tackle the problem of sexual harassment in (youth) organisations, as well as other events and activities involving youth, using AEGEE as a pilot but ensuring the replicability, scalability and dissemination of our activities. HerMainY Training Toolbox

In March 2020, a Training for Trainers was organised in Moscow, Russia, which was attended by fifteen youth workers with a basic knowledge of and interest in training practices and gender-related topics. Through a series of different workshops, brainstorms and reflections taking place over the course of a week, the training equipped them with a series of competencies, knowledge, and skills necessary to implement gender mainstreaming measures in communication at all levels in local organisations. HerMainY Handbook

HerMainY is a project by AEGEE-Europe that focuses on gender mainstreaming in the field of communication. Through the project, AEGEE-Europe aims to provide youth organisations with a handbook and easy-to-use resources to implement gender mainstreaming practices.
