Within the Conference, we have 3 Thematic Committees: Education and Culture Committee, Human Rights Committee and Democracy, Social Cohesion and Global Challenges Committee. Their purpose is to facilitate co-ordination between the INGOs in specific interest areas, serve as common interlocutors for all the Council of Europe bodies, and ensure more effective participation in the activities of these bodies.
