If you are coming by train or bus to Brussels, get off at Gare du Nord station, and from there, take tram number 55, direction Bordet Station. 7 stops later, at the stop Foyer Schaerbeek / Schaarbeekse Haard (first stop after a passing under a bridge), get off. Walk back a little bit, and on the opposite side of the street, enter Rue Nestor de Tière. Walk about 200 meters up the street, and you will find the office on your right. The Tram Number 55 runs until 8.00 PM everyday, including weekends. If you arrive to Brussels after 8.00 PM, then you should take the Tram Number 33 from Gare du Nord, direction of Bordet Station. Tram Number 33 follows a similar line as Tram number 55, and it works every day until around midnight.

In case you are arriving to Brussels by plane, then take a train from the airport to the centre, and get off at Schaerbeek station, which is also visible on the map below, with the small train icon in the top left corner. After leaving the station, you will see a church quite far in front of you (10 minutes walk) and once you are there, turn right. You will see a small square with a gas station (Q8) on your right. Rue Nestor de Tière is on the opposite side. After 20 meters, you can find the office on your left.
