aegee.org registration
For members only

It takes just a few minutes to register on the aegee.org site. After registering we will e-mail you a username that will allow you to participate in AEGEE internal matters. All it takes is a valid membership card with "CSN" that you can obtain from your local board. However, you don't need to sign-up if you only want to browse through the public parts of this site and are not an AEGEE member. Enjoy aegee.org!
With an aegee.org web account AEGEE members can gain extended access to databases and functions that are not available for public users. Please note that you can only sign up for personal accounts here. So-called "master accounts" for local boards are not supported any more, but can be used still if you know the account details. Recovery of passwords or registration of new master accounts is not done any more. In case you really need an exception, please write to master-accounts(at]aegee.org, clearly explaining why you need the exception. Please note that normally people marked as board member in the Address Book have the same access rights as the master account.

Notes:
Your browser needs to support JavaScript in order to use the registration pages.
In former times the "aegee.org registration" was called "Domino account".
Owners of Lotus Notes accounts are currently not able to use the "update" and "forget" functionality.

Account management:
Guidelines:
  • you need a CSN (card serial number) in order to register a personal account
  • only current AEGEE members can register personal accounts (no guests, no alumni)
  • you can have only one account (which is associated to your CSN), and the username must match your true name (no nicknames)
  • even if you change locals, or are member of several locals you keep your first CSN! Working groups, commissions etc do not hand out membership cards at all
  • you may not give your aegee.org account to anyone else, its for your personal use only

Problems/FAQ:
  • forgot challange answer: write a mail to webreg(at]aegee.org, stating your name, local and CSN, and explain that you forgot your challange answer.
  • old e-mail address not active anymore: if your still remember your account data, please update your registration data. If you don't remember your account data, write a mail to webreg(at]aegee.org, stating your name, local and CSN, and explain you don't have access to your mailbox anymore.
  • membershipcard / CSN lost: go to your local board and request a new membership card. Afterwards, write a mail to webreg(at]aegee.org, stating your name, local and new CSN. In case you remeber your old CSN, please include it as well.
  • not a member yet / don't have CSN: only members of local branches have membership cards, which has the CSN printed on it. If you are not a member yet, please have a look at the list of local branches (locals) in the Address Book, or find the nearest local on the AEGEE map (click on a part of the map to zoom in, when clicking on a star, you get the contact data of this local branch). When you become member of a local branch, you'll also receive a membership card, which includes the CSN you need to register on this website.
  • other problem: write to webreg(at]aegee.org clearly explaining your problem (where did you click, what was the response etc, as detailed as possible). Please also include your name, local and CSN.

Please keep in mind that the people giving account support need a few days to process your request. Make sure you give them enough time to help you. Missing a deadline because your account was not working means you simply started too late, deadlines are normally known weeks in advance, so pushing for quick support is not needed (a time management course for yourself could be useful though), and will not speed up the process, only slow down.
